This is the first picture of our new blob. We visited Strong Memorial Hospital’s ultrasound lab and met with the sonographer and an high-risk OB named Lorelei. She was very frank with us about the risk imposed by the bloodclot, and that we would have to continue ultrasound visits to monitor the baby’s progress.
The blob, at about 6.5 weeks, measured about 3mm.
